Activities :

The Folsom City Host Lions support many projects in the Folsom community and beyond. Here's a short list of our activities. We are always looking for ways we can serve, so come by and tell us about your community interest. Maybe we can support what you are doing here too!

• Provide vision exams and eyeglasses for those in need in the Folsom area - referred by local schools
• Folsom Project for the Visually Impaired at Folsom Prison - eyeglass recycling, braille books, books on tape for the schools in California, and successful job training for inmates.
• Relay for Life - Breakfast Cooks
• California Int'l Marathon - Race Route Crew
• Folsom Easter Eggstravaganza Pancake Breakfast
• Folsom Veteran's Parade
• Lions International Food Fair
• Sponsor Troop 237 Boy Scouts of America
• Sponsor Cub Scout Pack
• Lion's Student Speaker Contest for Folsom High School - in Jan/Feb annually. Come by to hear our future leaders speak on a timely topic.
